It is typically made of high-quality electrical steel laminations to minimize eddy current loss and enhance magnetic efficiency. The rotor core can be manufactured in different designs, such as squirrel-cage, wound rotor, BLDC rotor, and salient pole structures, depending on the motor type and application.
Using advanced stamping, laser cutting, and lamination stacking processes, our rotors ensure excellent performance, durability, and energy efficiency. In addition, we apply our proprietary die-casting process to guarantee aluminum rotors with no porosity.
